Change Your Appointment

To change the details of your appointment up to the morning of your scheduled visit:

  1. Login to the system.
  2. Click on the date in your list of recent appointments.
  3. Edit the details.

Cancel Your Appointment

To cancel an appointment, please do so using the online system. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to allow another student an opportunity to book the appointment.

If you do not show up for your appointment, your absence will be recorded on the system. After two no-shows, you will need to contact us at the email below to be reinstated.
